Let’s you and me/I
'Let you and me ' 'let him and me' is grammatically correct. We always use objective case after let. After let any noun / pronoun becomes prepositional object . That's why we use me, us, you, him,her,it,them etc. Instead of I, we,you,he,she,it, they. For you and it , subjective and objective case are same.
