“I’ve got” vs. “I have”
Thank you SO much for clarifying/correcting "have got." The use of got in phrases such as I've got drives me mad! When you say that you are essentially saying "I have got" and "got" is redundant and totally unnecessary. I have come to detest the word "got!" ????
