I watched the episode (when Cartman fed Scott Tennermin his parents with Eric's homemade chili) where Cartman says "Ha Ha charade you are Scott". He also says it in two other episodes and in no way were either making fun of Pink Floyd (greatest band ever) so what's your proof & why would South Park writers make fun of a band who has rarely if ever been in the spotlight. I wouldn't laugh had it been in that context because it's not funny. Look how they made fun of Rod Stewart, Kenny-G, Metallica, Brittany Spears because they are easy targets, Floyd...not so much.
